Who we treat
We provide treatments for adults aged 18 and over only.
We may ask for proof of age if needed to make sure treatments are safe and appropriate. If we believe a treatment is not suitable for you, we will always explain why and suggest safer options where possible.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking time.
You can contact us by WhatsApp, email or through the website contact form.
Letting us know in advance helps us offer your slot to another client and keep waiting times low.
Fees, deposits and no‑shows
We do not currently charge deposits.
We do not charge a cancellation fee.
However, if appointments are missed or changed at very short notice on a repeated basis, we may limit or refuse future bookings.
